Undocumented Children and Public Education

This is for all the haters who don’t like and complain about having to educate “illegals”.

Well, there’s a group of people we call the Supreme Court

and in our government of checks and balances, these nine people interpret the Constitution, among other things.

In 1982, they made a decision called “Plyler vs. Doe“, which basically says that states must offer a free k-12 education to undocumented children.

In other words, it’s the Law of the Land, and if school districts didn’t accept undocumented students, they’d be breaking the law.  And that’s bad, right?

So get some Tea Party/Minute Men lawyers to fight this and try and get the Supreme Court to overturn this decision.  Until then,

End of discussion.
