Bought some (East and West Gourmet) Afghan food at the Farmer’s Market this weekend, first time. I’m liking it! We got cilantro pesto (made with walnuts instead of olive oil), garlic mint cheese (similar to tzatziki), kadoo (a butternut squash puree), sweet jalapeño jelly) and bolani, a stuffed flat bread (we got the lentil one). It’s all good!
